Refund Policy

Sawyer’s Sweets strives for customer satisfaction.  Refunds are offered only for orders with demonstrable errors:  incorrect items received or significant damage evident upon delivery (photographic proof required within 24 hours of delivery).  We cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with taste or texture, or for perishable goods once consumed.  Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
